We stayed at Deer Springs RV Park June 8-10, 2021. The park is brand new and absolutely perfect! There are only eight spaces and no cellular service, which was perfect for us. Our 45' class A motorhome fit nicely, with room to spare for our toad. The full hookups worked as expected, the scenery was spectacular, and your couldn't ask for finer hosts than Jim and Trish! Our only disappointment was that our schedule wouldn't allow us to stay longer. We are already looking forward to our next visit, hopefully this fall. This park gets our highest recommendation. If you are a camping traveler, you owe it to yourself to experience Deer Springs RV Park!

📖 About This Campground
Deer Springs RV Park is located in the serene mountains of North Carolina, and only 15 minutes to the town of Franklin. You will find yourself enjoying a large slip with full hookups, picnic tables and a fire ring with complimentary firewood for the length of your stay.
And your stay just got better as each site has its own private gazebo, and each gazebo has a refrigerator with ice maker and a food preparation counter with sink and running water.
For our furry friends, we have 2 fenced dog parks, one for bigger dogs and one for our smaller friends who just want to make a quick pit stop!
Limited to 8 spacious sites, Deer Springs RV Park has 1 pull-through site, 2 pull-in sites and 5 back-in sites. Four of our sites will accommodate RV’s up to 45' and there is plenty of room for your toad. We are a very rural RV park and at this time we are outside the cell service areas. We do provide free WiFi at the office and cell service is available a few miles up the road.
