Lancaster / New Holland KOA

This is one of my favorite local campgrounds. This KOA is for everyone but more tailored to adults, meaning there is a small swing set area for children but no pool, air bed, bubbles, bike track etc. My grand son (2 yo) enjoyed it but may have been bored if he was older. However, the ambience, tranquility and beauty of this CG is awesome. My wife and I always make new friends every time we camp here. Very close to all the attractions in Lancaster but is set in the Amish country. Sites (except 23) are very easy to level, spaced enough (but somewhat close) and are pretty good sites. The back lot sites are a lot larger but the view of the country is gone from those sites. We ride our electric bikes off the campground because the roads in the area are not heavily traveled by cars. Nice Amish bakery across the street and a Amish store up the hill (about 200 feet) from the camp. The downside is the price is pretty steep for such little amenities (cable never works, some lots have brownish water (I believe it is well water), wi-fi almost non-existent but phone reception is good. But with all that said, I camp here 3-4 times a year and enjoy it every single time.
